2. Delivery Policy

As a digital marketing firm, we do not ship physical products. Our services are delivered electronically through online platforms, email communication, and virtual meetings.

• Upon signing an agreement, our team will reach out within 24-48 hours to begin onboarding.
• Campaigns typically launch within 7-14 business days after onboarding is completed, depending on the complexity of the services requested.

3. Return Policy

Since we offer digital marketing services, there are no physical goods to return. However, if you have concerns about the services provided, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription or ongoing services at any time with a 2-week notice.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
• If you cancel within the 2-week notice period, services will continue until the end of that period, after which no further charges will be incurred.
